1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The product is in resalable condition
A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Products without original packaging
Clearance or final sale items
If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@martheboost.store with the following details:
Your order number
The reason for return
Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Our support team will guide you through the return process, including shipping instructions.
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed
Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then request a return.
